When Mr and Mrs Pham arrived in Australia from the Tây Ninh province in Southern Vietnam, they brought with them determination, deep pride in their heritage, and cherished culinary recipes refined across generations.
In 1992, we opened our doors at 137 Church Street, Parramatta. We’ve watched Parramatta grow and transform around us over three decades, yet inside our kitchen, nothing has changed: every pot of broth is prepared with the same time, patience, and love as day one.
Still proudly independent and family-run, we thank the Western Sydney community for welcoming us into their weekly routines, milestones, and family gatherings for over 30 years.
